By clicking on “Proceed to Checkout”, you are deemed to have read and agreed to the General Terms & Conditions. You also acknowledge that the product you order corresponds to digital content not supplied on a tangible medium. Therefore and pursuant to the provisions of Articles L.121-21-8 of the Code de la consommation (French Code of Consumption), you can’t exercise your right of withdrawal.

- Instrumental/beat sent (Voicetag free) in mp3 and wav format
- Stems (track-outs) sent
- No right to sample
- Instrumental/beat can’t be resold by Beats Avenue

- NOTE :
Exclusive beats/instrumentals on Beats Avenue have never been licensed non-exclusively before.
If a customer buys an Exclusive beat/instrumental, then it will automatically be removed from the player or marked as “Sold” so that it can’t be resold to any other user.
An exclusive beat/instrumental may only be available for a certain period of time.
- IMPORTANT
The instrumental/beat alone can’t be used, distributed, promoted, resold… You have to add a “Contribution” to it (voices, video…).
The exclusive agreement legally binds you to Beats Avenue.
