Looking for Tropical House Beats for sale? You’re definitely at the right place on Beats Avenue.
Our producers NiceJack and Booming Brothers produced a few more Tropical Beats
Recently, our producer NiceJack produced a new beat called “What I Need”, in the style of Justin Bieber’s “What Do You Mean”.
Our producers Booming Brothers also produced a new beat in the style of Justin Bieber. It’s called “Waterfall Dreams”.
It’s in fact a sub-genre of House music.
The name “Tropical House” was invented by the young Australian producer Thomas Jack. It started off as a kind of joke with his manager Myles Shear. They were trying to give a name to this kind of House music characterized by a Caribbean cool vibe, and Thomas came up with “Tropical House”. He used this name for an online mixtape series sponsored by the blog “This Song Is Sick” in 2013.
For a few years now, this music has become one the hottest new styles in electronic music and 2015 was definitely the year of Tropical House with hits such as Kygo’s “Firestone”, Jason DeRulo’s “Try Me”, Justin Bieber’s “What Do You Mean” and obviously Felix Jaehn’s remix of OMI’s “Cheerleader” which became a worldwide hit last summer.
Even though there are some Deep House influences in the production, this music style is not really Deep House. Where Deep House and EDM have a dark sound, Tropical House sounds more uplifting and relaxing.
In House music, synthesizers and big compression effects are basically used to create “big room” sounds, whereas the use of these synthesisers and effects is very limited in Tropical House music.
In this sub-genre, lighter instruments such as steel drums, marimbas, horns, or even flutes are preferred.
The other main difference is that the tempo is slower than the average tempo in Deep House music.
Since the popularity of Tropical House is getting stronger, Beats Avenue has decided to produce more and more Tropical House Beats in the future.
So stay tuned and don’t wait any longer! Listen to “What I Need”, the hot Tropical House Beat produced by NiceJack.
Available now in the Beat Store.
